mass ascensions with over 600 hot-air, gas and helium balloons, Special
Shapes Rodeos, Balloon Glows and competitive events.
The annual September event combines concerts by big name C&W stars,
carnival rides, livestock
and agricultural exhibits, arts and crafts competitions, entertainment
at the Indian and Spanish Villages, plus a feast of food.
